What we'll be doing in Ignite Your Intuition

Ignite Your Intuition begins again on April 16th! This mystery school initiatory cohort has two areas of focus: our ancestors of blood and bone, and other other-than-human kin — plants, animals, and landscapes. These two parallel threads will be woven together to create a rich fabric of relating and communicating with the unseen world that is rooted in ritual safety and our unique destinies.
In the 1:1 sessions with me, we’ll be working though the Ancestral Lineage Healing process. You can read all about what this is, my journey to coming into deep relationship with my ancestors, why you might consider doing it, and not going at it alone.

We’ll also have 3 group calls a month on Tuesdays from 1-2:30pm ET. Our outline for what we’ll cover in each of our group calls is:
Call 1: Unpacking intuitive perception— you’re not making this up. We’ll learn about the 5 clair senses, do a guided meditation, and have time to share about our own personal journeys with intuition.
Call 2: Grounding. A fundamental skill of working with subtle energy. We’ll define what this means and do several practices to support staying grounded.
Call 3: Clearing. A fundamental skill for energetic hygiene and working with subtle energy. We’ll explore the different layers that can be cleared, as well as spending time clearing all together.
Call 4: Expanding the vocabulary of self though other than human kin. Plants. Animals. Landscapes. Elements. Uncovering True Nature, with Nature. We begin talking to, not about, the natural world and our ancestors, and drop into a practice to help us realize our forgotten fluency in the language of the Unseen.
Call 5: Learning how to tune into other than human kin. We will spend our time grounded, resourced, clear, and protected and listen to and notice all of the other than human people around us. The birds, the bugs, the flowers, the clouds.
Call 6: Other than human kin as elders. We’ll do a practice to begin to unlock the full capacity of love and support we can receive by learning to resource with other than human kin. This work is a container for having emotionally corrective experiences or a different kind of attachment or bond that may not be possible with other living humans.
Call 7: Intuitives throughout time. We’ll have a more lecture heavy call and discuss how oracles, seers, and visionaries have played a central, pragmatic role in shaping human culture and experience historically. Their abilities to receive visions, communicate with spirits, ancestors, etc have been seen as normal and necessary, not fringe or problematic.
Call 8: Altars and prayers. We’ll discuss all about altars, both ancestral and for personal spiritual practice and have time to write ritual prayers.

I tune into your ancestors and we all have a conversation. The ancestors are often very pragmatic and practical. They are the best relationship experts around. They tend to have a lot to say about how one could spend their time— be it mission based or passionate/creative pursuits. This is also a container to address interference around personal space or in the home.
Ancestral Mediumship is a form of connection and communication with the human dead. By allowing a connection with these Beings images, feelings, and messages can be transmitted to the living via the medium (me.) Ancestral mediumship is a form of mediumship that focuses on asking questions and receiving answers from the field of consciousness from a clients ancestors of blood and bone. A session can offer views and solutions in a way that is nurturing, loving, and with your specific destiny in mind. Other times, it can be a tender and powerful moment of reconnection with a loved one who has passed. It’s possible to connect with individual ancestors as well as entire lineages of ancestors. (For example, your grandmother on your mother’s side or all of the grandmothers on back through time on your mother’s side.)
These sessions are great for folks who:
Don’t have experience tuning into their intuitive/extrasensory perception or physic gifts
Have doubts about communication from the other side
Are curious what their ancestors might have to share with them, even if they haven’t given their ancestors much (or any) thought without yet being ready to commit to the larger process of Ancestral Lineage Healing
