May the powers clear the way for our beloved.
May you find the Gods again, and may your time together be nourishing.
May your people know you and claim you.
May you not feel alone. It’s okay to be confused. We who were just with can’t reach you right now, but we haven’t left you.
This is a rite of passage. It’s going to be messy and intense.
This is also just a change. It’s not only an ending.
You’ve left the tangible world. And yet. Your emotions and energy are still felt. And yet. Your dreaming body is still felt. And yet. Your essence is unfazed by this rite of passage. And yet.
May your journey continue to be what it needs to be.
May our tears for you help to transport you to where you need to go.
May you face what needs to be repaired and tended to with gusto.
We are holding, with sacred tenderness, you at peace with your life.
We are holding, with great compassion, you as your most healed self.
We are holding, with kindness and care, you ascending to the warm welcome of our benevolent ancestors.
